For Organizations

Grow inward. Strengthen what you're already building.

The Inward EASE Institute collaborates with organizations and communities that care about the well-being of their people and the meaningful work they are already doing.

During the Institute's Founding Year, I'm beginning a small number of thoughtful collaborations with organizations interested in exploring a different kind of shared growth—

one that strengthens people inwardly while strengthening the community, mission, or work they are already part of.

Your Community Is Already Building Something Meaningful

Every organization has its own story.

Its own people.

Its own mission.

Its own pressures, strengths, hopes, and ways of contributing.

The goal of an Inward EASE Institute collaboration isn't to replace any of that.

It's to come alongside it.

Through the Institute, participants are given space to better understand themselves, navigate pressure, build sustainable practices, and grow within a supportive community.

And as that inward growth unfolds, it can begin strengthening the relationships, mission, and community they're already part of.

One Journey. Shared Growth.

As people grow inwardly, they strengthen the mission, relationships, and community they're already part of.

Because this is the Institute's Founding Year, some experiences are available today while others will be introduced as the community continues to grow.

Why a Collaboration?

The Institute isn't designed to arrive with a predetermined program and ask every organization to fit inside it.

A school is different from a nonprofit.

A dance studio is different from a healthcare community.

A small business is different from a youth organization.

The people are different.

The mission is different.

And the way an Inward EASE Institute collaboration supports each community should honor those differences.

That flexibility can extend to how your community connects, too.

Some organizations may enjoy having participants fully immersed in the broader Inward EASE Community.

Others may benefit from an additional private space where their own members can reflect, connect, and grow together—while still having access to the experiences and perspectives of the larger Institute community.

Those possibilities can be explored as part of the collaboration conversation.

That's why an organizational journey begins with conversation rather than checkout.

Before anything is built, I'd like to understand what you're already doing, what matters to your community, what you're hoping to strengthen, and what kind of experience would best support your people.

From there, the details of a potential collaboration can take shape thoughtfully.

The Outward Initiative

Growth within a community can strengthen the community itself.

The Outward Initiative is what makes an organizational collaboration especially distinctive.

For individual members, half of membership is set aside toward an Expression they choose.

An organizational collaboration works differently.

The organization itself becomes the shared Expression.

That means the outward portion connected to participating memberships can be intentionally stewarded toward the organization's mission, community, or another purpose established through the collaboration.

The details aren't assumed in advance.

They are part of the conversation.

Together, the goal is to create a structure that reflects both the Institute's inward-and-outward model and the meaningful work your organization is already doing.

The Founding Year

This is the beginning.

The Inward EASE Institute is currently in its Founding Year—a season of establishing the community's rhythms, welcoming its first members, and beginning its first organizational collaborations.

Rather than presenting the Institute as something that is already fully established, I want to be transparent about the opportunity I'm extending.

These first collaborations will help shape what organizational participation in the Institute becomes.

There will be things to learn.

Ideas to refine.

Stories to discover.

And hopefully, meaningful growth to celebrate.

Rather than waiting until every detail is finished, I've chosen to begin thoughtfully with people and organizations who see possibility in the vision and would like to help cultivate it.

Meaningful collaborations aren't simply launched.
They're built through trust, conversation, and time.

What Beginning Looks Like

You don't need to arrive with a plan.

And you don't need to know exactly what a collaboration should look like.

The first step is simply a conversation.

I'll want to learn about your organization—your people, your mission, what matters to you, and what made you curious about the Institute.

From there, I can begin exploring what an Inward EASE collaboration might look like for your particular community.

If it feels like a good fit, the next steps can be designed together before any invitation is extended to your participants.

Conversation → Collaboration → Invitation → Community

Perhaps This Is a Beginning

If you're exploring this page because something about the Inward EASE Institute feels aligned with the work your organization is already doing, I'd love to hear about it.

You don't need a proposal.

You don't need all the answers.

You don't even need to know exactly what you're looking for yet.

A conversation is enough to begin.

With gratitude,
